Provider and scope
PRIDEA operates under the registered Arabic trade name «برايد آيديا لأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي», commercial register no. 1009422 and trade-name registration no. 20006300, dated December 28, 2024 and issued by the Capital Secretariat office in the Republic of Yemen. These terms govern general use of the website and DarAI. The customer agreement or accepted proposal defines subscription scope, services, pricing and specific arrangements.
When subscribing or using the platform for an organization, you must have authority to do so and review the terms and policy applicable to your service. If general commercial terms conflict with a written customer agreement, that agreement applies to the services it governs.
Accounts and permissions
Organizations must keep account information accurate, protect credentials and assign and review user permissions. Report unauthorized use when discovered. Credentials must not be shared in a way that permits unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Use must be lawful and within granted permissions. Unauthorized access to other parties’ data, fraudulent or unsolicited messaging, distribution of content infringing others’ rights, system disruption and circumvention of access controls are prohibited.
Customer data and responsibilities
Organizations retain their rights in data and content they supply. They are responsible for the rights, consent and authority required to submit data, connect channels and contact customers. Data is processed to deliver agreed functions under the privacy policy and organizational instructions in the service agreement.
Channels, Meta and WhatsApp integrations
Channel connections require valid authorization from the account owner. Messaging is subject to the channel provider’s terms and policies. Organizations are responsible for recipient consent, honoring opt-out requests and complying with applicable templates and account rules. Integration availability depends on account status, permissions and technical configuration.
WhatsApp Business use requires recipient opt-in and respect for opt-out requests. Business-initiated messages and templates outside the customer-service window must follow current WhatsApp rules. Automated replies must provide a clear path to human support. Do not request full payment-card, financial-account or identity-document numbers in chat.
References to Meta or WhatsApp or use of channel marks do not imply that PRIDEA is endorsed or certified by those providers. Account suspension or changes to external APIs can affect available functions.
AI and human review
The service offers local models and Google and OpenAI integrations depending on configuration. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for the context. Organizations must review them before relying on them, particularly for sensitive decisions. Understand the content-processing flow before enabling functions on sensitive data.
Subscriptions and billing
Pricing, billing cycles, renewal, cancellation and any refunds are defined in the accepted proposal or agreement. Channels or AI services may incur separate fees depending on account configuration. Responsibility for each charge should be clarified before subscribing.
Availability and support
Support is available through the published contact methods. Customer agreements define support hours and service levels where included in the subscription. Maintenance or hosting and external-channel outages can affect availability. This page does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Suspension, termination and data
Affected functions may be suspended for misuse, security risks or channel-provider suspension, under the agreement and applicable obligations. Subscription termination and outstanding charges are handled under the customer agreement. Available data exports and deletion can be requested through the Data deletion page.
Disabling a channel is separate from deleting historical conversations. Removing an account in the administration interface does not confirm erasure from all systems and backups. Operational deletion is targeted within 24 hours after verification and scope confirmation, with backups and external-provider data handled according to their circumstances.
Ownership and responsibility
Use of the service does not transfer ownership of the platform, software or marks, or change an organization’s rights in its data. The agreement defines each party’s responsibilities and limits under applicable law, without excluding rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and updates
Contact PRIDEA to clarify these terms or address a service dispute. Where needed, the signed agreement specifies governing law and dispute resolution. Updates appear on this page with their date; changes affecting an existing subscription are handled under its agreement.
