Integration status
DarAI has an existing WhatsApp integration. Connection through Meta's official Embedded Signup flow is the intended approach and is being prepared. This page does not represent that flow as currently available or approved by Meta.
Intended connection flow
An organizational administrator selects Channels, WhatsApp and Connect WhatsApp Business in DarAI settings. A Meta window allows selection of business assets and phone number and completion of required verification and authorization. After connection, DarAI stores the account and phone identifiers and authorization state required for the service.
Account ownership and authorization
The intended model is for customers to retain ownership of their Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account and number and authorize DarAI to provide the service. Each account configuration must be confirmed before final approval. Customers should not share their passwords with PRIDEA to complete Meta's flow.
Permissions and data
Permissions must match enabled functions, such as working with WhatsApp account settings, sending and receiving messages and tracking statuses. Exact permissions must be approved against implementation and app review. DarAI may process contacts, message content, media, identifiers and metadata. AI features may send relevant context to their providers as explained in the privacy policy.
Disconnection and deletion
Current channel disabling does not establish revocation of all Meta permissions, removal of tokens and subscriptions or deletion of historical conversations. More complete authorization removal is being prepared. Data deletion is separate from channel disabling; the data deletion page explains current limitations.
Charges and messaging responsibilities
DarAI subscription fees are defined in the proposal or agreement. WhatsApp or Meta charges may be billed separately depending on account configuration. Organizations must obtain required consent and comply with applicable WhatsApp policies, templates and messaging rules.
