Operator and scope
PRIDEA operates under the registered Arabic trade name «برايد آيديا لأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي», commercial register no. 1009422 and trade-name registration no. 20006300, dated December 28, 2024 and issued by the Capital Secretariat office in the Republic of Yemen. PRIDEA operates prideidea.com and DarAI, a platform for managing business customer communication. This policy covers visits to the website, inquiries, platform use and connected channels.
Customer organizations determine how their customer data is used and provide processing instructions within the agreed service scope. We also process contact and account information to manage the business relationship, operate the service and provide support.
Information we collect and process
Contact inquiries include your name, organization, role, email, phone number, sector, interest and message. The website form prepares this information as a WhatsApp message to the number you choose; it does not itself create an inquiry record in a website database. When you send the message, we receive its contents through WhatsApp under its policies.
Platform data may include organization, user, role and permission information; contact names and numbers; messages, conversations, media, attachments, timestamps, statuses and summaries. It may also include channel account identifiers, settings and authorization credentials required for connection, knowledge documents, assistant instructions and related vector representations.
Website and platform operational logs may include connection addresses, browser and device information, request times and errors, depending on hosting and service configuration.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, administer accounts and permissions, send and receive messages, organize conversations, run automation, knowledge search, summarization and response assistance, produce reports, provide support and monitor faults and security. Each function depends on the subscription, organization settings and service agreement.
Hosting and service providers
The cloud service uses Contabo infrastructure. Deployment in a customer organization’s own environment is also available by agreement. Server region and storage location depend on deployment configuration; service-environment details can be requested before contracting. Local deployment does not mean that every channel or AI function operates without external connections.
The service exchanges necessary information with channels connected by the organization, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Hosting and AI providers may process information needed for enabled functions. Processing may occur outside Yemen depending on server region and the selected provider. External services have their own terms and privacy policies.
AI and content processing
DarAI supports local models and integrations with Google and OpenAI services. Service configuration determines which functions use each provider. Inputs may include conversation content, knowledge context, assistant instructions and customer information relevant to the request; this processing is not presented as automatically anonymous.
Provider rules for retaining and using inputs differ by service, contract and configuration. This policy does not offer a uniform guarantee of non-retention or exclusion from training across all providers. Request details of your service’s processing flow and configuration before submitting sensitive information.
Retention and backups
Conversations are not automatically deleted when closed or when a messaging window ends. Operational data remains stored unless deletion is requested or other arrangements are defined in the service agreement. Organizations should specify retention and deletion needs during service setup.
Periodic backups are made, usually daily, according to deployment settings. Deletion from the operational environment does not erase earlier backups at the same moment. Backup handling and scope are explained to the customer when a deletion request is processed. Some records may remain where retention is legally required.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You can request access or correction, inquire about export, or request deletion through [email protected] or +967 775 451 608 and +967 773 989 264. Include the organization, account email and request type. Additional information may be needed to verify identity and authority.
We aim to execute deletion requests in the operational environment within 24 hours after verification and scope confirmation. Data in backups or with external providers requires handling appropriate to those environments. Technical needs or legal obligations may affect timing; these cases are explained during request follow-up. The Data deletion page provides instructions.
If you are a customer of an organization using DarAI, submit your request to the organization managing the conversation or contact us to identify the party responsible for handling it. Do not include passwords, access tokens or complete conversations in your initial request.
Data protection
Controls include authentication, role-based permissions, logical separation of organizational data and operational monitoring. Encryption, backup and access-control coverage depends on the service environment. We do not claim independent security certifications or absolute protection from all risks.
Website preferences and external links
Each language has its own page URL. The website uses local storage on your device to remember light or dark appearance. When you open WhatsApp or other external links, the external provider’s policies apply to your use of its service.
Policy updates and contact
This policy is updated when the service or information-processing practices change. The update date appears at the top of the page. Use the contact details below for privacy inquiries. Contact location: Sana’a, Republic of Yemen.
