Security and data protection

Current DarAI controls, with a clear scope reflecting established capabilities.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Authentication and access controls

Authentication, roles and permissions control access to platform functions, including permissions for operations such as data export. This does not imply an independent security audit of the permission system.

Tenant separation

DarAI uses logical tenant separation through organization identifiers in its multi-tenant system. This describes logical separation, not dedicated physical infrastructure or storage for each customer.

Monitoring and logs

The platform uses monitoring, tracing and alerts to observe system health, performance and operational events. Operational logs do not imply a comprehensive or immutable audit trail for every operation.

Backups

Periodic backups are made, usually daily, with scope determined by the deployment environment. Current coverage includes parts of the data such as MongoDB and Redis and does not necessarily include every data store and file. Retention and restoration arrangements for each organization are defined in its service agreement. This page does not provide a comprehensive disaster recovery guarantee.

Encryption and scope of assurances

External endpoints use HTTPS, while TLS does not cover every internal connection. Comprehensive encryption at rest, including backup archives, is not established. ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certifications and independent penetration tests are not claimed without evidence.

Reporting a security concern

Contact PRIDEA with a short description and information useful for locating the concern, without sending secrets or customer data. Monitoring and alerts exist; a written, approved incident response procedure is being completed.
