Submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “DarAI data deletion request”, or contact us on WhatsApp at +967 775 451 608 or +967 773 989 264. Include the organization, account email, your authority and the data, accounts or channels covered by the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents in the initial message.
Verify identity and authority
Verification of the account email or authorization from the organization administrator may be required before execution. If your data is in a conversation with an organization using DarAI, contact that organization or us to identify who should handle the request. Execution is limited to data the requester is authorized to have deleted.
Deletion scope and target timing
Deletion is request-based; there is no uniform automatic conversation-deletion policy. After verification and scope confirmation, we aim to execute operational deletion within 24 hours. A request may cover account information, contacts, messages, media or knowledge documents depending on authority and the relevant environment.
If a request requires additional technical work, involves external-provider data or is subject to a legal obligation, execution limits and timing are explained during follow-up. Opening an email or WhatsApp link does not mean that the request was sent or deletion completed.
Backups and logs
Periodic backups are made, usually daily. The target for operational deletion does not mean that every backup is erased within the same period. Handling of backups, logs and records that must be retained depends on the service environment and request scope and must be explained when processing the request.
Channel disconnection and local deployment
Disconnecting WhatsApp or another channel stops its use according to configuration; it does not automatically delete historical messages or backups. State whether the request also covers connection data. For deployment within an organization, execution is coordinated with its authorized environment administrator.
